JUMPSUIT & SWOOP SHORT RETURNS – STOCK ITEMS
At Kua Sky we want you to love your suit, so we will work with you in finding a solution! If for any reason you need to send your suit back, please contact us first to obtain a return approval. Most of the time we need to ask you a few questions, especially if you have questions about the fit of your suit. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of the jumpsuit, and there will be a restocking fee of $50 for all jumpsuit returns.
JUMPSUIT & SWOOP SHORT RETURNS – CUSTOM ITEMS
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on any custom jumpsuits or swoop shorts. “Custom” is defined as any custom requested modification to our standard jumpsuits/swoop shorts, such as custom sizing, custom optional add-ons like pockets, embroidery, customized colors, patterns etc.
APPAREL RETURNS (Jerseys, T-Shirts & Tanks)
As long as your gear has not been worn and is in its original packaging, Kua Sky offers returns for unworn apparel items. Please note that shipping costs back to Kua Sky will be the customer’s responsibility.
